Trout: Stream to Table with Mark Ely

Mark Ely, president and owner of Limestone Springs Preserve, is a 29-year veteran of the aquaculture industry. Along with Limestone Springs Farm Manager Jacqui Haag, they will teach attendees how to take freshly caught trout from stream to table and insure the best and most tasty quality of the catch. Learn what to do after the catch and how to clean it, and get filleting instruction and cooking tips.
